DeloresAI provides discovery and an account-gated acquisition workflow for free workbenches with public or private source. The marketplace bootstrap installer is intended to be public. Public GitHub assets remain public outside DeloresAI.

Publishers must control their authorized repository, hold distribution rights, provide accurate platform and privacy disclosures, and follow the free-app and security policies. Listings and artifacts can be suspended or revoked when required by policy or an incident.

Automated verification has defined scope and cannot guarantee all future application behavior. External services, APIs, data plans, models and compute may have separate prices and legal terms. Users must review those requirements.

Updates that change permissions or material external costs require user consent. Revocation does not authorize covert deletion or destructive changes to users’ data.

Operator legal identity, governing law, age/access eligibility, liability provisions, takedown and appeal procedure, privacy rights and verified contact details require owner and legal review before public launch.
