About this app
PhaseForge is a Windows scientific workbench. Version 0.23.0 improves long cloud-model responses with invisible streaming, model-aware Claude limits, automatic output-limit recovery, saved-text continuation and usage receipts. Instructions can interrupt a model safely; notes sent during generated work settle at its completion boundary. Resume-with-note saves instructions before restarting. Existing projects, budgets, permissions, Spark Link and the updater remain. Autonomous workflows remain experimental.
Feature status
Publisher-disclosed limitations for individual features.
Local models
EARLY BETA
Windows x64 local inference through a separately downloaded, pinned Ollama runtime. Storage selection, download progress, hardware fit estimates, model residency and chat selection are available. Model readiness is not code, image or 3D workflow qualification; complex laptop scene design remains experimental. No automatic paid-cloud fallback.
Remote NVIDIA Spark
EARLY BETA
A Windows x64 client connects to an ARM64 Linux Spark through trusted SSH, with encrypted saved authentication and optional automatic reconnection. Models download and infer on Spark; Blender rendering remains on Windows. Connection and long-running workflow failures remain possible. This is not a native Windows ARM64 client.
Spark Link
EARLY BETA
Optional paired-Spark access. LAN-only is the PhaseForge default; remote access explicitly enables n0 public relays and is beta. Setup uses trusted SSH and phone approval on the Spark's temporary private-LAN HTTP page. A detached local agent and remote user service run in the background. Inference and supported job data travel to the paired Spark. Connectivity and workflow failures remain possible.

Privacy & permissions
For authorized AI calls, the selected provider receives research questions, selected attachments, numerical evidence, generated experiment source and requested rendered-image frames. Public research/data acquisition sends the submitted query or requested public-resource identifier to the source host. Scientific computation, runtime seed copying and local hardware measurements remain on device. Bundled numerical runtimes do not require post-install executable downloads. Provider background requests may use temporary polling storage. Upgrade checks and approved installer downloads contact DeloresAI. Project files and research prompts are not uploaded for updating. For explicitly selected Spark inference, relevant task text, images and tool evidence go to the user-configured Spark through SSH. Local inference stays on the selected computer. Runtime/model downloads contact official release and registry hosts. Visual catalog metadata is ranked locally; catalog hosts receive asset identifiers and HTTP requests, not the private prompt. Asset files and provenance remain in project storage. Optional Spark Link sends requested model inputs, outputs and supported job data between this computer and the user's paired Spark. Setup uses the user's SSH host, port, account and pinned host key. LAN-only is the PhaseForge default; local multicast DNS discovers nearby services. Phone approval opens a temporary HTTP page on the Spark's private LAN IP address (default port 7427), not a Delores-hosted website. Enabling remote access opts into beta connectivity using direct peer IP addresses and n0 public relays at use1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link, usw1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link, euc1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link and aps1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link. Peer traffic is authenticated and end-to-end encrypted; relays can observe connection metadata such as endpoint identities, source IPs, timing and traffic volume. Relay and user-selected hostnames require DNS resolution through system-configured resolvers; the bundled DNS library can fall back to Cloudflare, Google and Quad9 resolver IPs. Public peer-address DNS/pkarr discovery is not configured. SSH hosts, peer IPs, DNS resolver addresses and explicitly configured custom relays are user/network dependent. Spark Link runs a detached per-user background agent locally and installs/enables a user-level Spark node service remotely; the remote installer attempts to enable lingering so the service can remain available after logout. Pairing identities, device/permission records, host-key pins and local audit records are stored on the respective devices.
Filesystem: Local application data for SQLite, experiment artifacts and logs, User-selected files for import and export, Explicitly registered local optional-engine installations and their owned WSL job directories, for pinned runtime inspection and supervised numerical execution, Local verified database checkpoints and approved installer cache for user-approved app upgrades, User-selected model storage and managed local runtime directories; explicitly configured remote Spark model/runtime storage over trusted SSH. Choose the computer you’re downloading for. Other-platform downloads never install automatically.
Choose the operating system and processor of the destination computer. Downloads do not install automatically. This website does not inspect your device or check whether required hardware and runtimes are installed.
Automated static checks inspected release and package identity, malware, dependency inventory, vulnerability advisories and potential secrets in supported files. Secret scanning skips native PE, ELF and Mach-O binaries. High and Critical dependency findings block admission; lower-severity advisories remain visible. Review individual results for actual coverage and expiry. Native lifecycle and full source-code security validation are not established by these checks.

Secret patterns in supported filesPassed
Gitleaks checks recognizable credential patterns in supported source/extracted text and passively extracted CPython 3.12 literal constants. Native PE, ELF and Mach-O binaries are skipped. Constants are scanned separately; variable assignments, dynamically assembled values and program behavior are not reconstructed. This is not comprehensive bytecode analysis. 13631 input files were supplied; the inspected-file count is not measured. 0 unreviewed potential embedded credentials remain from 909 original tool matches. Values are never included in reports. 909 original high generic-api-key matches were retained as reviewed information after exact-file, position and matched-byte checks against the fixed upstream review registry. 909 lower-severity or unrated advisories remain; the publisher receives the detailed findings.
Publisher signingNot required
Trusted operating-system publisher signing was not established. This release policy permits that disclosed limitation.
